11-02-2009 The beast is on the prowl! Nah, not really. It’s just Jack, the drooling wonder. He’s our neighbor’s cat. When he was a kitten, he got pretty sick with a fever. He recovered but was left with a crippling social disorder. He doesn’t purr when he’s content…he drools. Other than that, he is the most lovable creature on the block. No matter what he is doing, he always stops to greet his friends. We’ve all learned to carry tissue in our pockets.
