03/10/2010 I took this shot when I was waiting for the birds to return to the feeder in my back yard. I thought the layers of picket fencing were more interesting than the absence of birds. This is one of my plum trees breaching the fence line.

03/08/2010 Last night, the pastor of our parish confirmed 38 of our teenagers. Normally, this sacrament is delivered by the bishop of the diocese. But since our new bishop is being installed today, our pastor was granted the responsibility and privilege this year. This image was taken during the Homily.
